Current Spiderman Names The Actor Who Should Replace Him

Tom Holland says in a new interview with “Esquire” he already has a favorite candidate to take over as Spider-Man one day, naming Owen Cooper and calling the rising star “awesome” and “super-talented.” Cooper has become one of Hollywood’s most talked-about young actors following his acclaimed role in "Adolescence." Holland also said he hopes to help guide the next generation of Spider-Man characters, much like Robert Downey Jr. mentored him during his early Marvel years. “I would love to be that person for whoever is next,” Holland said.
