Kacey Musgraves made headlines over the weekend when she not only made claims that her jet was followed by UFOs, but posted videos of the encounter. "They were 50-thousand feet up, we watched them for 45 minutes. These orbs were vehemently coming and going, forming triangle patterns. They were following the plane." she wrote. Of course, the singer's video caught the attention of the UFO community, who did a little sleuthing and came up with what could be an explanation for the phenomena.
In a post on X, "UFO Analyst" Mick West wrote, "The Kacey Musgraves UFO sighting video has been identified by (fellow UFO Analyst) Francis Larkey as being 100-percent consistent with Starlink horizon flares. Her plane was in the flare zone for the entire flight, and the flares appeared in the right position, moving and fading at the same speed as seen on the video. If she could share the exact time the video was recorded, then we could identify the exact satellites." Musgraves, for her part, was not convinced of their explanation, and fired back a response.
