Bunnie Xo shared a before-and-after look at her face after reportedly undergoing a facelift and facial filler removal.
The Dumb Blonde podcast host and New York Times bestselling author of Stripped Down: Unfiltered and Unapologetic, 46, posted a look at “Day 1” on Instagram and TikTok on Monday (March 16). Bunnie Xo joked, “I look like Bert Kreischer,” and clarified in the comments that she was asleep when the comedian’s tour bus was destroyed in a fire. Bunnie said she “would never make fun of my friend’s sadness. I was meaning bc I'm red and eyes are swollen. (Shoutout) to my boy [Bert Kreischer] we love you.”
Bunnie Xo shared in the comments on TikTok that a “big part [of the facelift] was getting filler dissolved and scraped from cheeks… I’m still going to look like me.” Bunnie, married to Grand Ole Opry member Jelly Roll, asked for “lots of prayers,” and confirmed in a recent episode of Dumb Blonde that she would undergo the procedure over the weekend. She said at the time, “I’m going to look crazy, guys. …Don’t freak out. My doctor is really f***ing good, so everything’s going to go great.”
"Yes, I love natural bodies," Bunnie Xo shared. She also explained seeing a “wonky” photo of her eye on a red carpet led to her decision to undergo the facelift. "I preach against, you know, plastic surgery that I've had that I wish I hadn't gotten. A facelift is not one of them. If you have listened to previous podcasts, I have literally said for the past three years, I'm going to get a facelift when I'm 46."
Jelly Roll is among the country artists nominated at the 2026 iHeartRadio Music Awards, returning this spring to Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles, California. See the list of country artists nominated here.
