Nashville police arrested Tyrique Harris, last year for possession with intent to distribute. He had several other charges as well that were dismissed last April with his guilty plea and he was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days. Tyrique not really think things through, walked away from an approved work release site last Wednesday. He was arrested the next day and is now facing another year in jail. When asked why he escaped he said "I'm just tired of this s--t! I wanted to see my friends again. When reminded he had been sentenced to 11 months and 29 days he said that feels like an eternity. They then told him he had served 11 months and 27 days. He was going to be released Friday! Oops!
