Prosecutor Suspended Indefinitely After This Prank

Jefferson County Assistant Prosecutor Tom Hollingsworth’s license is suspended indefinitely for it too. In 2023, Hollingsworth and other attorneys were in court waiting for their turn on the docket. Fox 2 reports an assistant public defender left the room, so Hollingsworth used their laptop and e-mail to send the sheriff an e-mail saying, “You look sooooo good in khaki pants and that black shirt.” He was found out and the legal dominos began to fall. The Missouri Supreme Court has ruled that since he went on that laptop he unlawfully gained access to to all of the public defender client files in the Hillsboro trial office".

He is now suspended indefinitely. He will be able to ask for his license back in 6 months time.
