One Customer Leaves Entire Stimulus Check As A Tip

A regular customer at the Colonial Steakhouse in Pine Bluff who has asked to remain anonymous recently left a $1,200 tip on their to-go order - which was the amount of the customer’s stimulus check.

The restaurant has been struggling and has cut staff down to a team of four employees to handle curbside pickup orders, so the generosity is very much appreciated. Manager Allison Hall says, “We just started crying and thanking God because it came at a time that most of our staff really needed it.”

Hall’s parents, who own the Colonial Steakhouse, gave each employee $100 from the tip, including those who were not working that day.
