It may be kind to take care of a wild animal or two, but don’t get carried away or they’ll bring friends. A Washington state woman had been feeding raccoons in the area for years, but recently she was surrounded by the animals and called 911 for help.
The woman was overrun by at least 100 raccoons, and now she is basically trapped in her home. As the Washington State Department of Fish and Wildlife is looking for a solution, the woman is turning to professionals who trap and release, but the price is too steep so for now so she has to coexist with the raccoons. She has to throw food while running to and from her car.
