The iconic house from “Breaking Bad” that once hit the market for $4-million is now listed for just $400-thousand after sitting unsold for over a year. Alicia Feil of Keller Williams Realty told “TMZ” the inflated price came from someone who convinced the owner Joanne Padilla the eye-watering price tag was reasonable as a famous property. Padilla previously believed the New Mexico home could become a museum, but Feil explained zoning laws in the residential neighborhood don’t allow that. The home is now listed in line with regular market value, though Feil expects it to sell for more than the new asking price.
