Doctors Say This Baby Is A Miracle. Here's Why

KFOX-TV reports that at 11:15 Sunday night  11-month-old Noah Kelley was asleep in his crib when his life should have ended. 30-year-old Jesus Rodriguez was attempting to escape police in a high speed chase when he lost control and went flying through the wall into Noah's room. The wall and part of the ceiling fell into the crib. Then a shootout began with the suspect attempting to shield himself behind the crib while exchanging gunfire with 4 officers outside. Finally Rodriguez was killed and the police scrambled to see what was the condition of Noah. The ruble had fallen in a way to build a shield around the little fella. Not only was he not hit by the rest of the bricks but those bricks shielded him from several bullets.

The doctors at Baptist St. Anthony's Hospital report the extent of Noah's injuries were "a small scrape on his thigh and a few tiny scrapes on one hand.". Noah's mom Stephanie tells KFOX-TV “Every single medical personnel we spoke with told us that it’s a true miracle that our sweet son is alive. There’s no way he should have made it."
