Liam Neeson has an interview with “Men’s Health”, and he says UFC is basically a bar fight and wonders why people don't just hit each other with a beer bottle. Neeson even took a shot at Irishman Conor McGregor, saying the fighter gives Ireland a bad name.
“That little leprechaun, Conor McGregor, oh, please. He gives Ireland a bad name,” Neeson says. “I know he’s fit, and I admire him for that, but [I] can’t take it.”
Elsewhere in the interview, Neeson dashed any hope of him returning to “Star Wars” or “Batman”, saying that he’s done his part and he isn’t interested in returning to those worlds. But perhaps he’s just too embarrassed to return, as he tells “Men’s Health” that George Lucas made fun of him for making lightsaber noises during filming.
