SPAM is getting into the holiday season with a new product. You may know Figgy Pudding from the Christmas song “We Wish You A Merry Christmas,” well SPAM does and it’s now on store shelves. Figgy Pudding is a steamed cake like dessert made up of suet (raw beef or mutton fat), eggs, brown sugar, breadcrumbs, spices, dried fruits and brandy.
There’s a difference in what SPAM did with the recipe. Their limited edition features cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, allspice and cloves, along with popular winter flavor profiles like fig and orange flavors. You can get it at SPAM.com, Amazon or Walmart.
