WalletHub looked at the operating efficiency of 150 of the largest U.S. cities and ranked them as to how they're managed. They looked at six key categories: 1) Financial Stability, 2) Education, 3) Health, 4) Safety, 5) Economy and 6) Infrastructure & Pollution.
By their standards we came in 79th between Jacksonville and Tallahassee. Charleston came in 22nd and Charlotte came in 112th. My Hometown of Hartford was almost the worst at 142nd.
