Christina and Mark Rotondo say their son, 30-year-old Michael, doesn’t contribute to the family’s expenses, refuses to help with chores, and has ignored five written eviction notices from them. So now they have a Judge declare him officially evicted.
Michael didn’t agree that he should move out, and asked the judge to dismiss the case, saying he had “never been expected to contribute to household expenses,” chores, or maintenance, but the judge granted the eviction. Michael called the ruling “ridiculous” and claiming he needs three months before he can move.
The NY Post says he's not only a deadbeat son but a deadbeat dad! He has not made a payment in years after being ordered to pay $56 a month. He's now 44 months in arears meaning he owes almost $2500.
