Based on this, they determined that Alaska, which saw a 5.20% resignation rate last month, and a 3.80% resignation rate over the past 12 months. is the state where the most people are leaving their jobs. South Carolina is #11 for the month with 3.5% and #13 for the year 3.17% resignation rate.
