Anonymous Customer Buys Boy His Dream Guitar

An anonymous customer at a music store in Colorado buys a guitar for a kid who often came into the store just to play it. For a couple of years, Montrose, Colorado, teen Fallon would frequently travel more than an hour from his home to the music shop J.B. Hart Music Co, in Grand Junction. On every visit, the teen, who has a mild developmental disability, would ask to play the “Pantera guitar,” which meant a blue Dimebag Darrell ML model guitar made by Dean Guitars.

On one visit in June another customer noticed Fallon’s love of this guitar. After Fallon left he asked the workers about Fallon. The next day he returned to the store and bought the guitar/amp combo and asked the shop to give it to Fallon the next time he came in. This isn't a cheap gift either. The amp is about $750 and the guitar is $850! On December 31st, the store posted on Facebook that Fallon had finally returned and received his guitar.

"We didn't see Fallon until today," the store writes. "We tried finding him to no avail. Today, his family came in the store, and we learned they had moved to Texas and returned this week for a visit." Fallon smiled from ear to ear as he rocked out on his new guitar. "It was a wonderful experience to gift Fallon his dream guitar as a gift from a kind stranger," the post continues. "His mom burst into tears, and Fallon beamed with excitement. It was a special moment. There are still good people in this world."
