AARP Has A Valentines Day Warning That Is Most Unexpected

The AARP, that's the American Association of Retired People, has a cringe-worthy warning for its members on Valentine's Day: Don't send nude photos to anyone. While that may sound a bit off the wall, it's actually necessary right now as online scams begin to make the rounds.

The AARP warns that there scammers who are meeting people in online chat rooms and begin with some friendly banter. However, things turn sexy pretty quickly and the scammers then ask people to send them nude photos. That's when things go from bad to worse.

If the victim complies, the scammer then threatens all manner of embarrassing exposure unless they pay up. The best defense, just don't take nude photos of yourself; much less send them to anybody. That goes for Valentine's Day... or any day!

Here's the story.
