Karen and her husband founded Karen's Mobile Kitchen & Catering in 2007--it's a full-service state-of-the-art mobile kitchen, which explains their motto: "we bring the kitchen to you!" Karen started her company after retiring from a career in law enforcement. Karen's was one of the first mobile kitchen service providers in the Midlands, before the booming food truck industry of today.
