Passengers at Philadelphia International Airport last night were surprised to see a raccoon running wild on the baggage carousel. Officials say the raccoon was exploring a baggage tunnel and was just trying to get out. In a similar incident last year, a raccoon emerged from a wall vent and stole a package of Twizzlers.
