"Avoid The Noid" was the tag line for Dominos Pizza commercials back in the 80's. The Noid was and is an odd mascot for a pizza joint. The character’s goal is to prevent the delivery of Domino’s pizzas, and that's why they used the tagline "Avoid the Noid." The Noid first appeared in 1986. But now it is back!
