As if we don't have enough reasons to absolutely love Chic-fil-A, here's another one. As you may know, they're selling their sauces in grocery stores now. Some of the money made from that is now going to be invested in their employees' education. Chic-fil-A will invest $19 million in employee scholarships this year.
This type of thing is nothing new to the chain. Since 1970, Chick-fil-A has awarded more than $110 million in scholarships to more than 66,000 restaurant Team Members.
