The lack of skid marks apparently shows that Tiger did not hit the brakes when he veered into a median. There was no blood test taken at the scene to test for any meds or intoxicants.
Forensic experts are saying that the evidence would indicate he was inattentive or asleep when the SUV went right into a median instead of staying in the lane as it curved to the right.
