Frank Shankwitz, a Highway Patrol in Arizona officer once helped a terminally ill boy realize his dream of becoming a motorcycle cop. That's how it all got started. He was inspired to help more kids and ended up co-creating the Make-a-Wish Foundation. He passed away on January 24th but left behind a legacy that will benefit terminally ill children for many decades to come. RIP.
