A Texas man is being praised for stopping an out-of-control SUV on Interstate 410 in San Antonio after the driver suffered a medical emergency behind the wheel.
Rene Villarreal-Albe used his truck to carefully slow the swerving vehicle by bringing the bumpers together and guiding it to a safe stop.
The driver regained a pulse before being taken to the hospital, and video of the rescue sparked widespread praise online for Villarreal-Albe’s quick thinking.
