A Massachusetts electrician went all‑in on winter fun by building a towering 20‑by‑21‑foot snowman in his front yard for his toddler daughter.
Using a snowblower, shovel, wood supports, a ladder, and plenty of water to freeze everything solid, Eric Aalerud crafted the giant figure—topped with a spray‑painted trash can and plywood hat—and named it Parker after the family’s street.
The frosty giant has become a drive‑by attraction, drawing curious locals and nonstop attention. Aalerud says the project left him more sore than he’s been in years, but he and his wife plan to keep the tradition going and make their colossal snowman even bigger each winter.
