Kohls, Belks and JC Penny are offering the biggest discounts on most items for Black Friday. You can check WalletHub to see how all the retailers rank and it does vary by category. E.g. Walmart is best for discounts on computers & phones at 46.7% discounts followed by Amazon at 38.9% and then Best Buy at 25.9%. So it really does matter what you're shopping for.

Now for the shocking truth. WalletHub found 36% of stores offered no real savings on their "Black Friday Sale" compared to their typical price. But far worse, 10% of retail prices are higher for their "Black Friday Sale".
