Is it a back-handed compliment or a subtle diss? It can be two things. Jordan Davis was traveling to Canada with his band when the group's van got pulled over, and the whole thing was caught on camera. While we aren't told exactly why they were pulled, we do get to hear what the cops say, and the band can't help but crack up. When one cop realizes who he's stopped, he says, "I just listened to your song." Jordan replies, "I hope you like it," to which the officer answers, "No, not really." He's obviously joking, but his next comment is what had everyone blown away. "I never thought I'd meet someone like...are you kinda like, B-line famous or C-line famous?" Another officer ask Jordan for a selfie, so as the singer climbs out to oblige, one of his band members say, "No way! Did he just call you a c-list artist?" As the band cracks up, Jordan climbs back in laughing; "I figured I'm at least a B-level..." Everyone on both sides was smiling, so...no harm no foul?
