Holiday Shopping Survey Has A Surprising Number

WalletHub has released their 2024 Holiday Spending Survey. Because of inflation more than 1 in 3 Americans are foregoing gifts! 1 in 4 Americans still are paying off last years holiday debt. 20% plan to apply for a new credit card so they can buy gifts this year. However the most stressful thing about the gifts isn't the price but picking a good gift. 35% say that's their biggest concern followed by 28% who say it's just dealing with crowds. 1% say the most stressful part of the holidays is wrapping gifts. Wrapping? What a charmed life they must have!
