WREG Memphis reports that a 76 year old woman was tired of people stealing vehicles in her neighborhood so she put an apple air tag in her 2017 Hyundai Sonata. And just like that, a few weeks later her car was stolen. The woman who has asked to remain anonymous tracked her vehicle to house on the other side of town. She then called police and asked them to join her at the address. In the back yard police found 3 more stolen vehicles.
Police arrested a 15-year-old suspect was charged with theft and vandalism, They also arrested 19-year-old Neno Ceaser and gave him multiple charges, including theft, vandalism, possession of burglary tools, and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
They think these 2 may have stolen up to 20 vehicles the last few months!
And they would've gotten away with it if it was for that meddling granny.
