Hand Written Note Saves Vacation

Jerardo Reynoso was camping at Yosemite National Park with his 4 kids and wife, Lucia, to celebrate their 21st anniversary. Like a lot of trips the kids complained about the long drive and then complained there was nothing to do. He was in full dad mode trying to show the kids how much fun camping could be. He has so many happy memories of camping with his parents he was really hoping to give his kids similar memories but it felt like he was just failing. Then he woke up to a handwritten note.

"I camped in the spot behind you last night. Let me just say, you are killing it as a dad. First off, I watched your wife guide you in as you backed up your trailer and nailed it on the first try without any yelling. Then your kids unloaded from the truck and were mild-mannered and well behaved. You told stories around the campfire and I had the pleasure of listening to the sounds of giggles and laughter. From one dad to another, you are killing it. Keep it up.

P.S. Whatever you cooked for dinner smelled delicious!”

Jerardo says the man who left the note had already checked out by the time he received the note so he didn't get a chance to personally thank him. He says this note saves the entire trip for him as he was filled with doubt about how he was doing.
