Alex Trebekis doing his part to alleviate the homeless – at least in the San Fernando Valley section of Los Angeles. He has donated $500-thousandto help the Hope of the Valley Rescue Missionbuild a new shelter in the area.
Hope Central will be a 50-thousand square foot facility that’ll house seniors. Thanks to the “Jeopardy!” host’s generous gift, they hope to break ground on it within the next year or two.
This isn’t Alex’s first time donating to Hope of the Valley. He gave them $100-thousand for their North Hollywood location!
