U.S. News and World Report took a look at the best jobs in America. They used 17 criteria's, including, best jobs without college degrees, and best jobs in certain specific sectors, growth potential, work-life balance and salary.
So, what are the best jobs out there?
Topping the list for a third consecutive year is Software Developer
Once again, occupations in healthcare dominate the list, taking 46 spots on the 100 Best Jobs list.
Healthcare jobs also dominate the Best Paying Jobs list, with anesthesiologist topping the list with an average salary of $267,000.
Home health aid is the top job for someone without a college degree, followed by medical assistant, with a majority of the jobs on the list health care support positions.
