Secret Santa shocks young man who had a rough life but kept great attitude

Life has been tough for Cameron Horwith recently, but an early Christmas present may help lift his spirits. The young man became the caretaker for his mother, who had chronic health issues after his dad passed. After graduating from high school five years ago, he got a job as a dishwasher at MacKenzie River Pizza.

He’s worked his way up from dishwasher to busboy and then to cook and has walked a mile to work every day, regardless of the sometimes harsh Idaho weather, and he’s never missed a day. Cameron’s mother recently passed away and he continued to do his best at his job. When the Secret Santa from East Idaho News heard about Cameron they thought he deserved a break, so they surprised him with a brand new car!

Watch how it all went down here.
