Twins Separated As Toddlers Share Unique Distinction Years Later

Twin sisters Gracie Rainsberry and Audrey Doering, were separated at 15 months old in 2007. Both were adopted but by different families and moved from China to America. Gracie moved to Washington and Audrey to Wisconsin. Neither family was aware that they were separating twins. 10 years later Audrey's mom wanted to see if she could track down any blood relatives for her daughter so she submitted her sample for a DNA test. She was shocked when there was a hit a few states over in Washington.

After some emails and phone calls the girls were reunited for the first time by GMA on live TV. Since then they have been in constant contact.

They recently called each other with some great news. Audrey was named valedictorian at Wausau High School in Wisconsin. Gracie was named valedictorian at Kamiakin High School in Washington!

So they're both amazing students but Gracie has also focused on athletics and has accepted a soccer scholarship to Eastern Oregon University while Audrey is all in on academics and will be going to Vanderbilt.
