Priscilla Presley Fighting Lisa Marie's Will In Court

The NY Post reports that Priscilla Presley thinks something’s not quite right with a major part of her late daughter Lisa Marie Presley’s will. The actor/businesswoman filed a petition to a 2016 addition that eliminated Priscilla from her daughter’s will.

Priscilla claims the 2016 provision contains a signature from Lisa Marie that “appears inconsistent with her usual and customary signature.” She even points out that her daughter’s name is misspelled and was never notarized.

To add more fuel to her claim, Priscilla says the new document was never delivered to her- which violated an agreement that was made between the two in 2010. In the new addition that Priscilla is challenging, Lisa Marie’s daughter Riley Keough is named sole trustee of Lisa Marie’s trust. Lisa Marie believes she should be the co trustee.
