Last night the man some consider the greatest boxer ever 44 year old Floyd Mayweather who has a perfect 50-0 record boxed an exhibition against a man who has had 1 fight...which he lost. Youtube personality 26 year old Logan Paul talked his way into a fight with the champ which wouldn't count on their records as it was just an exhibition. Mayweather said the only reason he took it was "it's legalized bank robbery."
The PPV went for 49.99 and millions of people got it. Floyd was guaranteed 10 million plus 50% of the PPV price. Logan got $250,000 guaranteed plus 10% of the PPV.
Early estimates say Paul ended up with around 30 million while the champ got 130 million!
The fight went 8 rounds with no knockdowns. Floyd landed 40% of his punches, Logan 11%. But only 73 punches were landed in the fight by both fighters.
