An unnamed Columbia South Carolina couple recently sold what had been their “dream home” and took great care to ensure the house was in perfect condition for the new owners. They moved out after 32 years after selling it to James and Clarrisa Munford. As they were setting up their new home they discovered a built in drawer which had 50 gold and silver coins!
The coins were legally now the Munfords’. The coins are valued at $15-thousand! But they decided to contact the former owners and returned the coins to them.
The sellers of the home prefer to stay anonymous, but wanted to share this act of kindness to bring hope and inspiration to others during these divisive times. “Now is a good time to pause and reflect about how we treat each other,” the home’s previous owner says. “If there were more people like the Munfords', this world would be a much better place.”
Not that this was designed to be an add for anyone but I will point out that James and Clarrisa own Clarrisa's Kitchen & Catering on Main St.
