The Royal family took a moment over the weekend to wisha “Happy Birthday” to Prince Charles, who turned 72 on Saturday. That is, everyone except Meghan Markle and Prince Harry.
Queen Elizabeth has taken to her official Instagramto share a black-and-white photo of her firstborn as a baby, wishing him a “very happy birthday” along with balloon and birthday cake emojis. Kate Middleton and Prince William have also paid tribute on IG, sharing a pic of Charles laughing while wearing a blazer covered in military accolades.
Notably missing are tributes from Meghan and Harry, as tension grows between Harry and his family back home after his and Meghan’s big exit as senior royals. But “The Sun” reports that it’s possible they just kept things low-key by sending their birthday wishes privately – after all, they’ve ditched their Sussex Royal Instagram account.
