Kima Hamilton was on a Delta flight in Atlanta that was heading to Milwaukee when he realized he had to GO. He was told he could not, by flight attendants. So he waited and waited as the plane continued to taxi. 30 minutes later, he couldn’t hold it in anymore and ran to the bathroom. He was gone for less than 90 seconds yet the crew alerted authorities and the plane returned to the gate.
Attorney Krista Rosolino was on the flight and had her husband shoot video.
The pilots had announced that they were still about 10 minutes away from takeoff when he ran to the bathroom.
Delta reminded the press that federal law requires passengers to comply with crew instructions or run the risk of being seen as a security threat. Their statement continues "Our flight crews are extensively trained to ensure the safety and security of all customers. It is imperative that passengers comply with crew instructions during all phases of flight, especially at the critical points of takeoff and landing."
