This guys legal defense is "sexsomnia"

An Indiana man is trying a unique defense in a fondling case. He says his "sexsomnia" made him do it. Bloomington police say Andrew Passwaiter blamed his condition for touching a 15-year-old who was at a spring break sleepover.

The girl was sleeping on a couch and woke to Passwaiter touching her. She went to another room and told her friend what had happened, and slept in there for the rest of the night.

Yes, sexsomnia is a real and recognized condition, where a person engages in sexual activities while they are asleep. The accused man says he was diagnosed with the condition by a mental health professional who has since died. Of course he did

Yet doctors say as much as 5% of the world population has this condition!
