Man fired for breaking wind loses lawsuit

A federal judge is throwing out a discrimination suit that alleges a former employee at a pork roll company in Trenton, New Jersey was fired for flatulence problems. Case Pork Roll Company fired Richard Cass who experienced flatulence problems after undergoing gastric bypass surgery in 2010, and company officials said the odor issue was affecting people visiting the office. A judge said the company did not create a hostile work environment in dismissing the suit. (Sounds like the smell was offending though!)
