Get ready for the 31st Annual 4th of July Fireworks Celebration on Lake Murray.
The fireworks will take place at dusk on Saturday, June 29th from Dreher Island State Park and Spence Island. Viewers of the fireworks show will be able to tune in their radios for music that will be synced to the fireworks extravaganza. The participating radio stations are to come.

Harper Street Bike Parade

Nobody celebrates an All-American 4th of July quite like Newberrians. On the morning of the 4th the residents of the Harper Street neighborhood celebrate Independence Day by parading down Harper Street in decorated bikes, tricycles, golf carts, and outfits of red, white, and blue, for a good hosing at the end of the road by the Newberry Fire Department! 9am-12pm.
