Jeff Daley has been homeless on the streets of Irvine CA for the past 8 years. He actually has a job at Sprouts Farmers Market but housing has become so expensive in Orange County that Jeff sleeps in a sleeping bag near the store. In a video we see Jeff working when a stranger interrupted him from stocking shelves saying he needed money for baby food for his child.
Jeff looked distressed as he reached into his wallet and gave the stranger his only dollar.
That stranger was in fact a social media influencer named Jimmy Darts, who has made a name for himself with his random acts of kindness. The asking for money was a test. If you bought the baby food for him he gives you $500 on the spot. Jeff was stunned. But that was just the beginning. After Jimmy posted the video to his millions of followers, his followers collected over $94-thousand in just four days to give Jeff.
Jeff says he prays a lot and one of his prayers was that he doesn't die on the streets. "God really does answer prayers even from people who don't deserve to have them answered like me."
