McDonald's Manager Trusts Gut To Save Kidnapped Girl.

KOLD-TV reports that a McDonald’s manager in Colorado Springs saved a 7 year old kidnap victim by trusting his gut. The Manager has asked to remain anonymous saw 35-year-old Darryl McLaurin with the girl and just felt the situation wasn't right. Caitlin Ford with the Colorado Springs Police Department says “He really trusted his gut, called 911”.

“Not trying to escalate it, not trying to insert himself into those things, but really, understanding the severity and understanding the feelings that he was having so he made up a story about the restaurant was looking for some feedback on their food and would like to offer them anything they'd like but they had to eat it here to give their feedback".

While the 2 enjoyed their free food, Deputies arrived to question the man. They arrested the suspect, who had 10 outstanding warrants.

Officers determined the child had been lured away from her apartment complex and did not belong with the man. He’s now facing multiple charges, including second-degree kidnapping, child enticement, and failure to register as a sex offender.

Following the man’s arrest, the girl was safely reunited with her grateful parents.
