Teen Saves 2 People In 2 Weeks!

18-year-old Gavin Saltsman was in the car with his mom and grandfather, Roger, when Roger went into cardiac arrest while in the drive thru at Arby's. Gavin quickly pulled his grandfather onto the ground and performed CPR for about five minutes until Roger’s heart started beating again. They drove him to the hospital where Doctors determined Roger had suffered a heart attack and a stroke.

WTOL-TV reports that just two weeks later, Gavin was walking home about 9:30 when he thought he heard a woman calling for help. She had slipped on the ice trying to take the trash and broken her leg about an hour earlier. He followed the sound and it led him to her backyard where she in likelihood would have froze to death before anyone discovered her. He called 911 and got blankets from her house to keep her warm while they wanted for an ambulance.

Friends at school remembering his costume for Halloween a few months ago, are now calling him Spiderman because he's always saving people.
