Delaware UPS driver Aubrie Jones was delivering an unboxed Barbie Dreamhouse. It occured to Aubrie that there would be a good chance the child might see it and have her Christmas surprise ruined. So she took an extra few minutes to wrap the box. She filmed herself and posted it to TikTok writing, my santa spirit just could not deliver this to someone's house + risk a little girl have this spoiled for her.
That video has nearly 2-million views at the time of this posting, along with thousands of comments. Many of the comments are from parents who had their own stories of delivery drivers going to great lengths to make sure that Christmas gift remained a surprise. “This is what our parents meant when they said Santa is real,” one comment reads, “The spirit of Christmas. That’s the magic.”
Aubrie's video also caught the attention of her employer, UPS, who commented on it . "Aubrie is the definition of Santa’s Helper.” In response to the praise, she says she loves her job, is grateful for the opportunity, and enjoys getting to be one of Santa’s elves.
