SC Couple Uses Chick Fil A Points For Special Needs Group

Jay and Judy Brissey of Greenwood SC visit their Chick fil A almost every day. They get points for their purchases and over the years have accumulated 202,000 points! Jay & Judy prayed about those points and felt led to donate half of them to the residents at the Burton Center. These are special needs adults. The Brissey's wanted to make sure these folks had a special Thanksgiving!

Judy is a retired Special Education teacher and so she has relationships with a lot of the folks who live in the Burton Center. Meyata Gould who is an assistant director at the center says many of the residents have never had the opportunity to taste Chick fil A, though they have seen the commercials and heard others rave about it.

While Judy reconnected with some of her former students Jay took in the scene of dozens of folks enjoying a Thanksgiving feast together and said a quiet prayer of thanks. "Father thank you for allowing us to be a vessell for you to show your love to these people".

The Brissey's still have 101,000 points and plan to use them on the kids at Connie Maxwell Children's Home.
