Lundy the puppy warmed hearts across the Internet when the story of his unlikely friendship with a pigeon made headlines. Lundy is a two-pound chihuahua pup who can’t walk and Herman the pigeon can’t fly, and they’ve become best buddies at The Mia Foundation a rescue organization in Rochester, New York that rehabilitates animals.
Now Lundy is getting a set of wheels to help him get around, thanks to New Hampshire pet mobility company Walkin’ Pets. They’ve donated a mini-wheelchair to the puppy, so now he’s able to walk for the first time.
