The Best Christmas Towns in U.S.

A new report by 24/7 reveals the Most Festive Christmas Cities in the U.S., with every place on the list offering enchanting Christmas experiences like craft fairs, reindeer sleigh rides and more.

Cities making the list include Andalusia, Alabama, which features its own Candyland, with a courthouse square that’s filled with snow thanks to snow machines, as well as a Christmas parade, concerts, ice skating and more. As you can imagine, North Pole Alaska also makes the list, which has a motto “Where the spirit of Christmas lives year round.”

The closest Christmas Town to us is Asheville NC. The Polar Express Train stops at Asheville. Enjoy a trip to the North Pole on it. The most popular attraction in the city around Christmas time is perhaps the Arboretum. The Winter Lights event there, which ends on Jan. 4, 2020, is a must-see. Another iconic attraction is the Biltmore Estate, known as America’s largest home. This probably makes the Christmas display there the biggest in the country.
