Go Banking has a new survey of Americans from Purdue University done by city in what they need to make in order to be happy. The Purdue researchers determined that, globally, individuals would need an income of $60,000-$75,000 for emotional well-being and an income of $95,000 for happiness. They surveyed the 50 biggest cities and none of them are in South Carolina so I'll give you the two closest to us.
