Jeffrey Epstein's Autopsy More Consistent With Homicide Says Pathologist

Dr Michael Baden was interviewed on Fox News this morning. He had been hired by Jeffrey Epstein's brother to witness the autopsy. Baden is a forensic pathologist who rose to prominence during the OJ Simpson trial says the facts of the Epstein autopsy are more consistent with homicide than suicide. He reiterated the reasons that the family and others thought Epstein may have been murdered including the fact that 2 weeks before his suicide Epstein had been put on suicide watch, but quickly taken off of suicide watch a few days before being found dead in his cell. Why would someone come off suicide watch without a Doctor interviewing the person?

He then pointed out that "the two guards who were supposed to be working in that area of the prison had allegedly fallen asleep and hadn’t made their 30-minute rounds for more than 3 hours.” He went on to reference that the security cameras in the hallways of the prison near Epstein's cell all malfunctioned! Epstein also had two fractures on the left and right sides of his larynx. specifically the Adam’s apple, and another on the left hyoid bone above the Adam’s apple. The Doctor who has performed more than 20,000 autopsy's added “I’ve not seen in 50 years where that occurred in a suicidal hanging case.” There were hemorrhages in Epstein’s eyes that are very common in homicidal strangulation and rarely seen in a suicidal hanging.

His main point was that we don't have the DNA results back on the sheet he was hung with. "Whoever it is would have their DNA all over the ligature. We don’t have those results yet! Those results should be reported quickly to give an idea and lessen the speculation. The investigation is not completed until all the information has come in.”
